Hello, I'm Taylor.
Graphic & UX Designer, born and raised in MT
Back in 2016, I proudly graduated from Northwest College in Powell, WY, where I earned my Associate of Applied Science Degree in Graphic Design. During my final months of college, I took a leap and established my own sole proprietorship, Taylor Adams Creative. After graduation, I returned to Montana and kicked off my freelance design career contracting for Blast Creative, a marketing and website design company based out of Billings, MT. Since the start of my journey, I've worked on a plethora of project types including logos, branding, print, large format, and digital. I continue to grow and learn with every project.
Working with Small Businesses
I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of small businesses based out of Montana and beyond. My journey began as a graphic designer at Signs of Montana and later led me to join the dynamic team at Allegra Printing (both located in Bozeman, MT). At Allegra, I initially started as a customer service representative, but my passion and dedication propelled me to the role of production designer. As time went on, I proudly became the company's youngest production manager. My motivation to learn more about digital design, led me to engage in a freelance contract with Insight Creative Business Solutions, a local marketing agency based out of Bozeman. During my time with Insight, I took on a diverse array of projects, including website design, social media marketing, print design, promotional products, and signage. Helping numerous small business owners plan and achieve their goals was (and still is) an incredibly rewarding experience.
As of August 2023, I've completed the Google UX Professional Design Certificate. User Experience (UX) Design has been a valuable asset in my design toolbox; expanding my critical thinking, user empathy, and planning skillset. As a problem solver, communicator, and detail-oriented individual, the importance of UX and its principles is at the forefront of my designs.
I'm grateful for new opportunities, utilizing my learned skills for good, and ready to embrace whatever the future holds!
Nature & Outdoors
As a sixth generation Montanan, a love of the outdoors is rooted within me. Being outside brings me joy. Whether I’m hiking, camping, paddle boarding, fishing, foraging, backpacking, or gardening I’m glad to be in the fresh air.
Creativity brings me peace. I’m a hobby ceramicist, watercolor painter, digital artist, and photographer. Creative activities promote thinking outside of the box. I always have a creative project running in the background.
I love to travel and explore. I’ve been to 13 countries and have plans to visit more. Traveling pushes me to get out of my comfort zone and observe the world around me. It opens my eyes to the things I take for granted and reminds me of other perspectives.

Not Your Average Yellowstone Tourist
I've been to Yellowstone National Park at least once in every year of my life! I grew up camping and visiting the park with my family and have continued the tradition into my adult life. The Lamar Valley, Artist Paint Pots, and West Thumb are a few of my favorite spots.
4-H & FFA Member
Growing up I was an active member in both 4-H and FFA. In 4-H I participated in craft, photography, leadership, and cooking projects. I also travelled with the The 4-H Interstate Exchange allowing me opportunities to visit and stay with local 4-H families in New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. During high school, I competed in FFA parliamentary procedure and agronomy events. I also served as the Columbus FFA Vice President, and travelled to FFA Nationals Convention in Indiana.
The Crocodile Hunter's Biggest Fan?
I'm a nerd for Steve Irwin, "The Crocodile Hunter". I've dressed up as him for Halloween, have a cat named after Bindi (Steve's daughter), and even have a Steve Irwin action figure. He was an inspirational conservationist and warrior for wildlife everywhere. I accredit him as a significant influence for my interest in animals.
